Soudaseal AP is Soudal's all-purpose SMX® hybrid sealant and adhesive — a next-generation, one-component product that outperforms traditional polyurethane and silicone sealants where it matters most. It bonds to virtually everything without primer — concrete, masonry, wood, aluminum, glass, vinyl, stucco, EIFS, fibre cement, PVC, Kynar 500, and more — and does it cleanly, even on damp or moist substrates. Free of isocyanates, solvents, halogens, and acids, it's low odour, safe to handle, and won't shrink or bubble, even in high heat and humidity.
Ideal For: Expansion and connection joints in commercial and residential construction, window and door frame perimeters, prefabricated building joints, movement joints in high-rise construction, and any application requiring a paintable, primerless, high-movement sealant.
