By signing below, the applicant agrees to the following:

All invoices are payable within Net 30 days unless otherwise agreed in writing.
A monthly interest charge of 1.5% (18% annually) may be applied to overdue accounts.
The Caulking Store reserves the right to revoke or adjust credit at any time.
The applicant authorizes TCS to obtain credit information from trade references and financial institutions.

All information provided in this Credit Account Application will be kept strictly confidential and used solely for the purpose of evaluating and maintaining credit with The Caulking Store (TCS). This information will not be disclosed to any third party without prior written consent, except as required by law or for the purpose of obtaining credit references or enforcing credit obligations.

In the event of a change in ownership, structure, or control of the applicant’s business, the applicant agrees to notify TCS in writing immediately. TCS reserves the right to request updated information and reassess, modify, or terminate credit terms at its discretion.

In the event of default, including failure to make payment when due, TCS reserves the right to suspend or terminate credit privileges, declare all outstanding amounts immediately due and payable, and pursue collection actions. The applicant agrees to be responsible for all reasonable costs associated with collection, including interest charges, legal fees, and third-party collection agency fees, to the extent permitted by law.
