Tremco Tremsil® 600 is a single-component, neutral-cure, medium-modulus silicone sealant engineered for in-plant glazing applications. Fast-skinning with an 8–10 minute tooling window, it's well-suited for automated glazing equipment (x-y tables) as well as manual application — delivering consistent, production-ready performance in shop environments. It bonds to aluminum, stainless steel, metals, glass, plastics, rigid PVC, wood, brick, concrete, and painted surfaces without mixing, making it a versatile single-product solution for back-bedding, cap beads, heel and toe beads, and sash joinery on the same job.
Ideal For: In-plant glazing operations including back-bedding, cap/heel/toe beads, sash joinery, and metal-to-metal joinery — particularly in automated or high-volume shop glazing environments.
