Tremco Tremsil® 400 is a single-component, neutral-cure, medium-modulus silicone sealant designed for watertight sealing of expansion joints and general perimeter caulking. With ±40% movement capability and primerless adhesion to most construction materials, it handles dynamically moving joints reliably while cutting down on prep time and installation complexity.
Ideal For: Expansion joints, window and door perimeter caulking, precast and tilt-up panel joints, and general exterior sealing applications requiring a flexible, primerless, low-VOC neutral-cure silicone.
