Tremco Spectrem 3 is a single-component, neutral-cure, low-modulus silicone sealant with patented advanced silicone technology, engineered specifically for porous and sensitive substrates where staining is a concern. Its non-staining, low-polar chemistry actively repels dirt, reducing buildup and keeping facades cleaner between maintenance cycles. The matte finish blends naturally with EIFS and stone, and its exceptionally soft Shore A hardness of 15 means minimal stress transfer to fragile substrates — significantly reducing the risk of face-seal failure compared to medium-modulus silicones. Primerless adhesion to most porous substrates, an extended 40-minute tooling window, and no cure inhibition when applied wet-to-wet against Spectrem 1, Spectrem 2, or Dymonic FC make it a practical choice for complex façade work.
