Soprema Sopraseal Liquid Flashing is a 100% solids, low-odour elastomeric polyether membrane engineered for liquid-applied flashing in air and vapour barrier wall assemblies. It bonds directly to aluminum, brick, concrete, wood, masonry, and PVC — without a primer on most substrates — and holds its bond even on damp surfaces, making it reliable on fast-moving job sites. Applied with a sausage gun and spread with a trowel, it builds into a seamless, monolithic surface that bridges gaps, fills imperfections, and creates fully continuous transitions between components. Solvent-free and single-component, it's low odour and straightforward to work with.
Ideal For: Sealing rough openings around windows and doors, treating sheathing board joints (drywall, plywood, OSB), sealing panel joints in Sopraseal XPRESS G systems, filling nail holes and substrate imperfections, and creating airtight transitions at wall assembly penetrations and terminations.
