Soudal Soudaseal FC (also known as Soudaseal 250XF) is a high-tack, fast-cure SMX® hybrid polymer adhesive and sealant built for professional bonding and sealing across virtually all construction substrates. Its standout feature is immediate high grab strength — it skins in just 5 minutes and is tack-free in 20 minutes, significantly reducing clamping time and getting you moving faster on the job. At full cure, it delivers tensile strength of 400 psi, 300% elongation, and ±25% movement capability in a permanently elastic, UV-stable bond that won't crack, yellow, or degrade over time.
