Soudal Silirub Cleanroom Neutral Silicone Sealant is a high-quality, neutral (alkoxy) cure, low modulus, one-part silicone sealant specifically formulated for hygiene-critical environments — including cleanrooms, hospitals, laboratories, and pharmaceutical facilities — as well as food-contact sealing applications. Unlike acetoxy-cure silicones, Silirub Cleanroom releases no acetic acid during cure, is odourless in service, and contains no solvents, isocyanates, acids, halogens, or toxic components.
Ideal For: Sealing joints in cleanroom wall and ceiling panels (including HPL panels), hospitals, laboratories, pharmaceutical and food processing facilities, sanitary rooms, kitchens, and any application where biocidal resistance, low emissions, and food-safe compliance are required.
