Soudal Silirub 2 Neutral Cure Silicone Sealant is a premium quality, 100% silicone, low modulus, neutral cure sealant designed for high-performance building, glazing, and industrial sealing applications. With no acetic acid off-gassing during cure, Silirub 2 is non-corrosive and safe for use on sensitive substrates including anodized aluminum, coated metals, and most plastics.
Ideal For: Perimeter sealing of window and door frames; glazing and bedding of sealed insulated glass units; façade and curtainwall expansion joints; weather sealing of aluminum glazing systems; roofline and drainage sealing; HVAC ducting, pipework, and drainage joints; coated metals, anodized aluminum, and stainless steel applications; and general construction and industrial maintenance sealing. Not for use on natural stone (marble, granite) or in continuous water immersion.
