Pecora PCS Contractor Silicone Sealant is a one-part, neutral cure, medium modulus, 100% silicone sealant formulated for moving joints in exterior construction. Because of its pure silicone composition, PCS is virtually unaffected by UV, precipitation, ozone, and temperature extremes — remaining flexible and resilient from –60°F to +300°F. It delivers ±50% dynamic joint movement capability, 650% elongation at break, primerless adhesion to most common building substrates, and passes 5,000 hours of accelerated weathering. The translucent colour is 100% compatible for edge contact with laminated and insulated glass units.
Ideal For: Expansion and control joints in precast panels, tilt walls, and curtainwalls; concrete pavement joints; bedding panels, coping joints, and EIFS perimeters; window and door perimeter sealing; and glazing applications.
