NuFlex® 650 FLEXOne Polyurethane Sealant / Adhesive is a 100% polyurethane, one-part, high-performance sealant and adhesive engineered for above and below grade applications where long-term flexibility, weathering resistance, and watertight performance are essential. With ±35% joint movement capability and an elongation at break of 800%, it accommodates significant structural movement without cracking or losing adhesion — making it one of the most flexible sealants in its class. NuFlex 650 bonds to most substrates without a primer, including stone, concrete, masonry, wood, metal (including aluminum), painted surfaces, clay, and vinyl, and is fully water immersible after 21 days of cure. Its non-sag formula applies cleanly in vertical and horizontal joints, cures to a resilient, low-durometer solid, and withstands a service temperature range of -40°C to +82°C.
Ideal For: Expansion joint sealing, above and below grade penetrations in unrated construction, block and brick adhesion, curtain wall and panel wall joints, window frames, fascia, precast units, vinyl siding, roof tile bonding, and any application requiring a permanently flexible, water-immersible polyurethane seal.
