Henry 925 BES Sealant is a premium, one-part, moisture-cure building envelope sealant engineered for construction joints subject to dynamic movement. Formulated with a silyl-terminated polyether (STPE) polymer, it delivers outstanding weathering resistance, lasting flexibility, and an ultra-low VOC of just 5 g/L — making it one of the cleanest-performing sealants in its class. Applied as a non-sag paste from sausages using a professional-grade sausage gun, it cures to a tough, elastic, rubber-like state and is fully paintable once set. Henry 925 BES bonds to a wide range of substrates including concrete, masonry, wood, and metal, and integrates seamlessly as a vetted component in Henry air barrier, flashing, waterproofing, and roofing systems.
