Soudal Soudabond Subfloor Polyurethane Foam-to-Gel Adhesive is a ready-to-use, single-component, moisture-cure polyurethane subfloor adhesive that dispenses as a foam and immediately collapses to a high-strength gel — delivering fast, clean, and economical permanent bonding of subfloor decking without the mess or waste of traditional cartridge-applied adhesives. One 826 ml can replaces up to 25 cartridges of conventional adhesive, covers approximately 15 m² of subfloor, and saves up to 75% in application time — making it one of the most efficient subfloor adhesive formats available.
Ideal For: Permanent bonding of all common subfloor decking types — including plywood, OSB, particle board, and timber — to joists, I-joists, engineered wood, concrete, masonry, metal, and stone. Excellent for new residential and commercial construction, renovation, and any horizontal construction adhesive application requiring fast turnaround and minimal waste. Not for use on PE, PP, PTFE, or silicone substrates.
