Soudafoam Gap Fill is a one-component, self-expanding, moisture-curing polyurethane foam formulated for high-expansion gap filling and insulation across a wide range of construction applications. Its triple-expansion formula fills both small and large cavities thoroughly, with excellent adhesion to virtually all common substrates — including concrete, masonry, wood, metal, and most plastics — without primer.
Ideal For: Filling cavities, pipe penetrations, openings in roof construction, insulation connections, window and door frame installation, and general construction gap sealing. Cured foam must be protected from UV exposure by painting or applying a compatible topcoat sealant.
