It delivers exceptional protection against driving rain (tested to ≥ 600 Pa) while remaining vapour permeable — so walls breathe while staying weathertight. It bonds directly to virtually all standard building substrates, even on slightly moist or slightly dusty surfaces, and its flexible, elastic membrane holds up over time without cracking or delaminating. With tensile strength exceeding 220 psi and elongation over 350%, it accommodates minor joint movement and substrate shifts year after year.
Ideal For: Air- and watertight sealing of rough openings, window and door perimeters (inside and outside), penetration seals, connections at wall transitions, under window sills, and surface coatings on ventilated and massive wall facades.
