NuFlex® 302 High Temperature Silicone Sealant is a 100% silicone, one-part, medium-modulus acetoxy-cure sealant engineered for applications where standard silicones reach their limits. Formulated to perform continuously from -65°C to +260°C and withstand intermittent peaks of up to +316°C, it cures to a tough, rubbery, non-sag solid upon exposure to ambient moisture — making it equally reliable on overhead joints, sidewall applications, and confined sealing situations. NuFlex 302 High Temperature bonds to metal, glass, wood, laminates, silicone resin, ceramic, natural and synthetic fibres, painted surfaces, and most plastics, and delivers outstanding resistance to weathering, vibration, ozone, and moisture. NSF Certified, USDA approved, UL recognized, and backed by a 50-year durability statement.
Ideal For: Form-in-place gaskets (no oil contact), heating element encapsulation in appliances, industrial ovens, smoke stack bag filters, moving oven belts, critical high-heat bonding and potting applications, and any sealing or bonding task where parts must perform reliably at sustained elevated temperatures.
