NuFlex® 180 Siliconized Acrylic Sealant is a premium, one-part acrylic latex sealant enhanced with silicone for superior adhesion, flexibility, and long-term durability. Its soft, buttery, non-sag consistency makes it easy to apply and tool in a wide variety of interior and exterior joints — from wall and panel seams to door frames, baseboards, and bathroom fixture perimeters. With a tack-free time of under one hour and paintability in as little as 2–6 hours, NuFlex 180 keeps projects moving without waiting on the sealant. Once cured, it delivers outstanding elongation, mildew resistance, and a service temperature range of -29°C to +82°C.
Ideal For: Interior and exterior joint sealing around windows, doors, baseboards, wall panels, bathroom fixtures, and general crack filling on wood, concrete, metal, glass, stone, brick, stucco, and marble.
