NuFlex® 458 All Weather Subfloor Adhesive is the professional's choice for subfloor installations, delivering superior adhesion strength, high initial tack, and permanent flexibility across a wide range of demanding conditions. Formulated as a synthetic elastomeric polymer mastic, it bonds reliably to plywood, particleboard, OSB, engineered lumber, and even wet, frozen, and ACA/CCA treated lumber — making it the go-to adhesive when job site conditions aren't ideal. NuFlex 458 fills gaps and irregularities between substrates to create a more solid, uniform backup surface, reducing the amount of nailing required, increasing overall floor rigidity, and eliminating squeaks before they start. It also delivers excellent adhesion to masonry, concrete, brick, ceramic tile, and slate, adding versatility beyond the subfloor. Freeze-thaw stable and rated for application temperatures as low as -18°C, it performs where other adhesives fail.
