Delivery Driver and Warehouse Picker

We are seeking a reliable and energetic individual to join our team as a Delivery Driver & 

Warehouse Picker. This dual-role position is responsible for preparing orders, managing 

warehouse stock, and delivering materials promptly and safely to job sites and clients. The ideal 

candidate is organized, dependable, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Warehouse Duties

  • ▪  Receive and off-load incoming shipments; unload and stock inventory as it arrives
  • ▪  Load the outgoing delivery truck with orders and materials
  • ▪  Pick, pack, and label customer orders accurately based on daily pick lists
  • ▪  Verify product quantities and quality prior to shipment
  • ▪  Perform inventory counts and help reconcile discrepancies
  • ▪ Operate pallet jacks or other warehouse equipment (training provided)
  • ▪ Assist in organizing and maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient warehouse environment
  • ▪ Assist with store walk-in orders and material pickups

Delivery Duties

  • ▪  Safely operate company vehicle to deliver materials to construction sites, clients, and retail customers across the GTA
  • ▪  Follow assigned routes and delivery schedules with accuracy and timeliness
  • ▪  Load and unload materials with care to prevent damage
  • ▪  Ensure proper documentation is signed upon delivery
  • ▪  Communicate with site contacts and clients professionally and courteously
  • ▪  Report any vehicle issues or delivery discrepancies to management

Qualifications

  • ▪ Valid G-Class driver’s license with clean driving record
  • ▪ Previous experience in warehouse and/or delivery preferred
  • ▪ Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the day
  • ▪ Forklift/Reach truck license is a bonus, but is not required
  • ▪ Punctual, dependable, and team-oriented
  • ▪ Strong communication and customer service skills
  • ▪ Comfortable using a phone or tablet for route apps or digital confirmations
  • ▪ Familiarity with tools, construction materials, or caulking products is an asset
  • ▪ Forklift/reach truck license is a bonus but not required

Working Hours


  • ▪ Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
  • ▪ Occasional Saturday shifts required, approximately 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM (schedule/shift to be provided in advance)
  • ▪ Occasional flexibility required for early deliveries or special projects

Compensation


  • ▪ Wage Range: $25 CAD Hourly (commensurate with experience)
  • ▪ Vacation pays and public holidays in accordance with Ontario Employment Standards
